An addon for Spells & Shields and Origins.

Features
- This mod alone does nothing.
- It allows mod pack authors to set certain Origins or Origin Layers as requirements to learn a spell in spell trees.
- Check the wiki for a short guide. It also contains a guide on how to change the maximum mana for specific Origins.
