ABOUT

This mod adds teleportation commands to your server that make the game more enjoyable. You can even teleport across dimensions. If you have a Minecraft server, you can add this mod to the server and it will automatically show up for all players. Players do not have to individually download unless you want to use this mod for singleplayer.

COMMANDS

/tpa
Sends a request to a player that you want to teleport to. They can either accept or decline by clicking the screen. Requests expire after 60 seconds.

/sethome
Saves your current coordinates as a home.

/home
Teleports you to your home if you have set one.

/grave
Teleports you to the last location you have died in.

/back
If you teleport, this command will take you back to the location you teleported from. This is useful when you /tpa to someone and want to go back to where you came from.

/teleportcraft:update
If changes are made to the config file, this command can be used to load the changes without a server restart (must be run in game, not in server console)

CONFIG

The config file is "teleportcraft-preferences.toml" and can be found in:

  • Singleplayer location: .minecraft/saves/<level_name>/serverconfig/teleportcraft/teleportcraft-preferences.toml
  • Multiplayer location: <server_folder>/world/serverconfig/teleportcraft/teleportcraft-preferences.toml

The config allows the following modifications:

  • Some commands can be turned on or off (all on by default)
  • The number of XP levels consumed in order to use a command can be changed (all 0 by default)
  • The time it takes for a TPA request to expire can be changed (60 seconds by default)
  • The permission level needed to use /teleportcraft:update can be changed (4 by default which is owner/OP)

RECENT UPDATES v1.1.2

  • Fixed bug where defeating the End deleted player data (homes, graves, etc.)

RECENT UPDATES v1.1.1

  • Player deaths and server restarts no longer have the potential to make players lose data
  • Added sounds to messages
  • Added config file to allow for customization
  • Added /teleportcraft:update command so that changes to config file can take effect without a server restart
