No pet models

Fixed Custom Pets Models There just a few pets and its skins, so there not that many. Also some other fixes that I dont remember.

Fixed ``` nbt.ExtraAttributes.modifier= ``` now its ``` components.custom_data.modifier= ```

Added .properties files with ``` minecraft:skull ``` in it. And replased with ``` minecraft:player_head ```
