Adds 3 advancements for the TNT Dupe plugin

1.Trade with a villager to recieve the book.

2.Combining the book & TNT on an anvil.

3.Using the TNT in a dispenser or dropper

You must enable advancements in the TNT Dupe plugin config.yml file
