Transit API

Transit API provides a method for mods to convert and transmit similar data between blocks, items, systems, or whatever objects they may use. The lightweight registration system provides a way to convert data into "packets" and objects into "nodes" while not forcing any particular method of storing/using data on the other mod's end.
