ukia's tools

Shinier tools and weapons with more visual progression, whilst retaining a mostly vanilla style. Adds renames and oxidization! Combines all my tool packs and adds compatibility. Currently, only spears have renames. See independent forks for more details on individual aspects.

No mods required.
However, RP Renames recommended for ease of use! :)
