Unstable SMP "Zone" Mechanic

This Datapack adds the "Zone" Mechanic seen in FlameFrag's video on the Unstable SMP

The "Zone" is activated when the player lands multiple hits on an opponent in quick succession.
You'll know you have entered the "Zone" when your screen turns red

While in the "Zone" you are slightly faster, deal slightly more damage, and take slightly less damage
