A library for other minecraft mods to use to help with projectiles and particles and possibly other entity stuff!
extremely useful for optimized particles and projectiles.
less ticking particles with new "Sub-Particle" system!!
And some greatly optimized and extremely smooth base projectiles that are synced perfectly between client and server, and client authoritave position render for ultra smoothness!
