I highly recommend using the following mods for the best experience.

• Villager Recruits (change the config to turn them into human models it works best for the helmets)
• Epic Knights and its addons for weapons and decorations
• ewewukek's Musket Mod

Just a reminder if a certain armor set is "missing" something such as a helmet, boots, or leggings there is always something already in to match it.
Examples: All of the state troopers share a helmet and boots. Most factions share boots to try and minimize the recipes such as Dawi heavy boots or Elven boots.
There are also many alternate versions to mix and match so have fun with it!
