General protection plug-in for:

1. Controlling Explosions (TNT and End Star) above y level (configurable);
2. Controlling Wither spawn above y level (configurable);
3. Temporary antigrief mode enabled by chat (!antigrief on/off);
4. TPS self balancer (controls new mobs spawns when having lower tps);
5. Lag control by removing dropped items when TPS gets low (< 18);
6. Redstone control if TPS gets low (< 18 - works by stop ticking some working redstone components, if there are a lot working);
7. Splash potion protection (by hand or dropper) will be blocked with low TPS (< 18);
8. Players with abnormal walkspeed will be reset to defaults (speedProtection = true) enabled by default;
9. Lagmeter monitor, showing current self management (!lagmeter on).
