ConditionalActions

Current features:

- Actions 17 actions - Send messages or give items through actions or even execute other commands.

- Conditions - Check if a placeholder is equal to some text or a number.

- Conditional Output - Display text depending on conditions.



Planned:

- Item Storage - Save items and give or take them away with commands/actions

- Data - Save data per player or globally and retrieve them through placeholders.

- Placeholder Replacements - Similar to Conditional Outputs, but less complex and without conditions
