Adds a simple check for privates (Towny, WorldGuard, Lands, Residence, GriefDefender), particle, actionbar, bossbar, GUI, book GUI, json message, utils methods, tool utils, cinematica for player camera, BlatPlugin system, command framework, plugin commands, ANSI colors(not tested), Color API(Iridium Color API), Camera Path for smooth camera movement, ConfigUtils, sql libs(not tested)
