LightItemCooldown Plugin
Features:
- Flexible Cooldown Management: Cooldown added to items: Shield, Bow, Crossbow, Trident, Ender Pearl, Golden Apple, Enchanted Golden Apple.

- Optimized Performance: The plugin provides effective cooldown management while minimizing impact on game performance.
Known Issues:
- Using Riptide Trident may mistakenly apply cooldowns to normal tridents.
- Using normal tridents may mistakenly apply cooldowns to Riptide Tridents.
