Install
- Drop BubbleAnnounce.jar into your server’s plugins folder
- Restart the server (creates config)
- Edit plugins/BubbleAnnounce/config.yml
- Run: /bubbleannounce reload

If PlaceholderAPI is installed, placeholders are applied per-player (e.g. %player_name%).
⚠️ Note about proxies
This is a Bukkit plugin. Install it on your backend servers, not on Velocity/Bungee.
