CookieVCBan is a robust and lightweight moderation plugin for Minecraft Paper 1.21.x servers that adds full voice chat ban management through seamless integration with the Simple Voice Chat plugin.



Unlike traditional punishments that affect gameplay or text chat, CookieVCBan focuses exclusively on voice communication control, giving staff the ability to mute disruptive players in voice chat while allowing them to continue playing normally.

/vcban <player> Bans a player from using voice chat cookievcban.ban
/vcunban <player> Removes a voice chat ban from a player cookievcban.unban

Commands require the player to be online (unless otherwise configured).

CookieVCBan will not function without Simple Voice Chat installed.


Installation Guide

1. Download and install Paper 1.21.5
2. Install the Simple Voice Chat plugin
3. Place CookieVCBan.jar into the /plugins directory
4. Start or restart the server
5. Edit the configuration file:
   plugins/CookieVCBan/config.yml
6. Reload or restart to apply changes

Configuration

The config.yml allows you to:

• Customize ban and unban messages
• Set message prefixes
• Control feedback sent to staff and players
• Style messages using MiniMessage formatting
