Commands

/mh start
→ Start the Manhunt timer

/mh stop
→ Stop the game and reset all teams

/mh hunter add <player>
→ Select Hunters

/mh runner add <player>
→ Select Runners

/mh lead add <player>
→ Set the Lead Runner

/manhuntanc <msg>
→ Broadcast a title alert

/mh compass
→ Get the tracker compass
