Conflict Scan
Quickly detects command conflicts across your server and shows exactly when two or more plugins are trying to register the same command or alias. PluginDoctor helps you see which plugin is taking priority, which plugins are using the same command, and any known aliases so you can quickly track down broken command behaviour.

Dependency Check
Quickly scans your plugins for missing or broken dependencies and shows exactly which plugins rely on what to run properly. This makes it easy to spot plugins that are missing required support and understand why they are not working as expected.

Command & Permission Lists
Instantly view every command, alias, and permission node a plugin registers, all in one clean place. PluginDoctor makes it easy to inspect large plugins, spot admin-only access, and understand exactly what a plugin adds to your server without digging through files or documentation.

Log Reports
Collect all relevant console warnings and errors for a plugin into one clean report, so you do not have to dig through endless server logs to find what actually went wrong. PluginDoctor pulls important runtime issues into a single place, helping you quickly spot failed tasks, startup problems, repeated warnings, and hidden errors that would otherwise be buried in console spam.

Update Monitor
Track supported plugin updates from configured sources and quickly see when an installed plugin is behind. This makes it easier to keep important plugins current and avoid running outdated builds.

Health Scores
Every plugin can be given a health score based on conflicts, dependency problems, warnings, and other findings, making it easy to spot the plugins most likely to be causing issues on your server.

Clickable Drill-Down Pages
From the main scan, click any plugin to open a full diagnosis page, then click again to open deeper sections such as dependencies, command conflicts, commands, permissions, update info, reverse dependency graph, and log reports.

Report System
Generate plugin reports and scan reports directly from in-game actions. Reports are saved into the PluginDoctor folder instead of flooding chat, making them much easier to review later.

Paged Audits
Large plugins like Essentials can have huge command and permission lists. PluginDoctor supports pagination so these can be browsed cleanly with next-page and previous-page chat navigation.



Run /pd scan to instantly scan your entire server and get a clean overview of every plugin installed, including each plugin’s health score, command conflicts, missing dependencies, update status, and other important diagnostic information.

From there, click any plugin in chat to open a full breakdown of that plugin. Inside that breakdown, you can drill down even further by opening:

Reports are saved into the PluginDoctor reports folder, making them much easier to review than raw in-chat spam.

Old reports are automatically deleted after 24 hours to keep the folder clean.



PluginDoctor supports update monitoring for configured plugin sources.

To use update checking properly, set the correct resource IDs in the config for supported platforms such as:

Download the PluginDoctor jar
Place the jar into your plugins folder
Start or restart your server
Let PluginDoctor generate its default files
Open the PluginDoctor config and messages files to customize the plugin
Configure any update source resource IDs you want to use
Run /pd scan and begin diagnosing your server
