A subset from WorldGuard.
For those who doesn't need such big plugin.
"/gamerule mobGriefing false" is too rough,
but WorldGuard is too big.
And then, this is the solution.
All just no Block damage,
should still damage the Player and items that on the ground.
block-zombie-door-destruction -- zombie won't break door.
block-enderdragon-portal-creation -- won't create portal when enderdragon death.
Command (console and player):

- /ng : show all status
- /ng <item> [on|off] : change the griefing setting
- /ng <item> [on|off] : change the griefing setting
