- /cmdspy <on/off> - Toggles command spy.
- /cmdspy sudo <player> <command/message> - Forces a user to run a command or send a message.
Permissions:
- cmdspy.toggle - Allows toggling of command spy.
- cmdspy.sudo - Allows the /cmdspy sudo command
