Add lores to any item, hit something and apply potion effects to the target!
Whenever you have an item with a potion effect lore, that effect will apply to the target or yourself, depending on if the effect is offensive or defensive. So there's a chance on every hit with that item that the effect will apply for x amount of time, x amount of levels.

Commands:
- /weaponeffects reload | Reloads configuration
- weaponeffects.reload | Gives permission to execute reload command
