Hello Spigot!

This is an introduction to my plugin "HCFItems" Basically this plugin is based on my previous plugin called "SavageProjectile" which I decided to remove from SpigotMC.
In This "Update" the snowballs now do damage (toggleable and configurable).
I also fixed some minimal bugs that the plugin had.
